To put an arrow in the Ravin Crossbow, you need to pull back the string with your right hand. This can be done by sliding a cocking device up and down. Then, you will need to release the safety latch and push the safety button forward with your left hand. After this, you should be able to insert the arrow into the crossbow.
You should never shoot without first aiming at your target and making sure that it is safe to do so. While using your crossbow, always wear protective gear such as eye protection, ear protection and gloves. It is also important that you maintain your crossbow at all times so that it does not malfunction when you shoot with it later on.
Gather the equipment you will need to assemble your ARROW Crossbow.
ARROW crossbows are delivered pre-assembled. However, if you need to disassemble for any reason, you can use the following instructions.
1. Remove the limb bolts and nut from the riser using a 7/16” socket wrench.
2. Remove the string from the bow by pulling it back through the limb pockets and removing the nock point from the string with a pair of pliers.
3. Use a 7/16” socket wrench to remove the cams from each end of your ARROW RAVAGE X4 crossbow (the black piece).
4. Use a 7/16” socket wrench to unscrew and remove the rail mount screw that holds your RAVAGE X4’s rail mount in place on each end of your ARROW RAVAGE X4 crossbow (the black piece).
Place the foot stirrup on the floor in front of you and make sure it is facing you.
Place your left foot in the stirrup, making sure that your heel is resting on the bottom of the stirrup.
Holding onto the crossbow with your right hand, place your left hand on top of the stock just below where it meets the trigger guard. This will provide support for your left arm as you draw back on the bowstring.
Pull back on the string with your right hand until it reaches just above your shoulder. Your left arm should now be completely extended and hanging straight down from your shoulder with no bend in it at all.
Align your crossbow so that the “Ravin” label on its side faces you as well.
To properly align your crossbow, make sure that the “Ravin” label on its side faces you as well.
It’s also important to point out that one of the major reasons why people fail to align their crossbows is because they tend to point it too high or too low. The general rule of thumb for aligning a bow is to keep the string level with your target.
When it comes to the best method for aligning your bow, many people rely on sight-in kits or laser sights when they’re preparing for their first hunting trip. However, these tools aren’t always reliable because they can break easily and are sometimes not accurate enough for precise shots.
If you want an easy way to ensure proper alignment, then start by turning on your light source and shining it at the same angle as where you’ll be shooting from. Then hold your bow up so that both ends of the bowstring are visible through the light source; it should look like an “X” when looking down at it from above. If there’s anything blocking your view (such as a tree), then move around until there’s nothing blocking your view anymore.
Tighten the screw, if needed, to secure your crossbow to the crank.
The crank is an essential tool for your crossbow. It allows you to draw back the bowstring and cock the weapon. Without it, you wouldn’t be able to shoot your crossbow.
A crank is typically made of metal or plastic and has a handle with a hole at one end. The hole is where you insert the bowstring of your weapon.
There are two types of cranks: left-handed and right-handed. Left-handed cranks have a notch on the top of their handles that allows you to turn them counterclockwise when drawing back the bowstring. Right-handed cranks have corresponding notches on the bottom and are turned clockwise when drawing back a bowstring.
Make sure there are no arrows in the crossbow before uncocking it.
Uncock the crossbow by pulling the string back until it clicks.
Lift up on the trigger guard to remove it from its seating on the stock. This will allow for easier access to the trigger mechanism.
Pull out on the trigger mechanism and push down on the small pin that is located underneath where you pulled on the trigger mechanism. This will release all of the tension in your bowstring, allowing you to move onto step 4.
If there is any remaining tension in your bowstring, you will need to use a pair of needle nose pliers to pull through a small loop at the end of your string while pulling back on the bolt guide with one hand and releasing it with the other (or vice versa).
Remove any arrows from their tube so that they don’t get caught when you remove them from your crossbow.
You can easily put arrow in ravin crossbow with little efforts.
This is because of the automatic cocking mechanism that is used in this crossbow.
When you are using a regular crossbow, you need to pull back the string manually and then load the arrow into the groove at the rear end of the bow. This can be a very difficult task for many people, but not with ravin crossbow.
The automatic cocking mechanism makes it easy for you to use this weapon effectively. You just need to pull back a lever on the side of your weapon and it automatically cocks itself back so that you can load an arrow easily. The cocking lever is attached to a cam system which makes it possible for you to load an arrow as soon as you have pulled back the lever.
The Ravin Crossbow is an effective, lightweight weapon with a simple design making it easy to use. The operational controls are designed with the user in mind and are effective for use in almost all weathers.
